The Weston 150 is a perfect canoe for those who want the best of both worlds. It is great for tandem trips but can also be turned around and paddled solo. It is perfect for shorter trips with 2 people and great for any distance on your own.
Our canoes are made from okume marine plywood with pine gunwales, yokes and deckplates. If you would like to upgrade to ash gunwales this can be done for £150.
The Weston 150 features a shallow v shaped hull and slight tumblehome making it very easy to paddle both solo or with two people. The hull is strengthened and protected by fibreglass making it extremely robust. It comes with 2 seats and a curved carrying yoke. It is light enough to be carried by one and can be comfortably carried by two people.
All of our canoes can be given a name in your choice of colour and font. This costs £40.
All our canoes are given 5 coats of varnish on the unprotected wood (i.e. gunwales, yokes, deck plates) The hull which is covered with fibreglass will be given 2 coats of varnish. We recommend re-varnishing your canoe annually.
If you would like the hull of your canoe to be painted we can do this for £60 for a single colour.

The Weston 160 is our largest canoe. Perfect for those looking for maximum stability, space and style.
It is equally stunning as elegant and will cater for everything from luxurious days out on the water to overnight trips. It is extremely stable and holds its line brilliantly when paddling. There is plenty of room for 2 adults with enough space for camping gear, children or an occasional 3rd adult.

The Weston 160 features a v shaped hull and moderate tumblehome. The hull is strengthened and protected with fibreglass making it extremely robust. It weighs 30 kg and is best handled by two people. It comes as standard with 3 seats and 2 thwarts but can be fitted with just 2 seats and a central carrying yoke (the same as our Weston 150) if preferred. This costs £50 less than the 3 seat set-up

The Weston 140 is a beautiful and fun solo canoe that is perfect for getting away and enjoying a quiet paddle. There is enough space up front for a child or the dog but due to its size it is predominantly a solo canoe.
